Program | Weekly Fee | Description | Infants | $110.00 Effective 1 Aug 09 |  The Village has developed a Primary Care Program dedicated to providing a nuturing and loving atmosphere to meet each child's individual needs. This program is geared towards infants six weeks to a year old. A daily report is sent home each evening with information concerning each child's activities, meals, naps, diaper changes, and overall disposition.
Parents are encouraged to visit anytime. Our infant /Wobbler Program incorporates activities that are matched to each child's development level.
| Toddler | $100.00 Effective 1 Aug. 09 |  Designed to stimulate the child's development in the areas of language, creativity, cognitive learning, and emotional, social physical growth. This program is for two year olds.
The teacher develops a daily schedule by selecting activities in these six development areas. Parents receive a "Sunshine Report" outlining the child's activities, including meals, creative activities, potty training progress, nap time and disposition.
| Threes | $100.00 Effective 1 Aug 09 |  This program comprises of listening to stories, retelling events, dramatic play with puppets and props, and musix and movement experiences.
Hands-on activities provide opportunity for exploration of concepts such as classification, spatial relationships and number. The teacher selects a weekly theme to develop these skills, and sends home a copy of the week's activities.
| Fours | $100.00 Effective 1 aug 09 |  Utilizes a selection of readiness resource. The child is presented with a thematic, hands-on approach to learning new skills, such as sequencing counting. Alphabet and phonics awareness is initiated through daily stories and games. The child's curiosity, independence and self-confidence are fostered through the use of center play activities and field trips in the community. Parent communication for these age groups is facilitated through the child's progress report and on weekly newsletters.
| Before/After | 4-12 yrs old 75.00 Effective 1 Aug.09 | Designed for children ages five to twelve who attend vicinity schools. Children are transported by van from the center to their respective schools. Breakfast starts the child's day while an afternoon snack greets themwhen they return from school.
Our program presents a variety of activities to meet the child's needs: outdoor play, sports and games, table games, cooking activities, quiet time, arts & crafts, and supervised homework time as agreed upon by the parent.
Field trips may be scheduled on extended days/special activities with visitors may be planned. | Pre-K State | No Charge |  Funded by the Georgia Lottery for Education, this program is free to eligible children in the State of Georgia. The core instructional program is 6.5 hours each day, Monday through Friday. The goals are to promote growth in language and literacy, math concepts, science, arts, physical development, and personal and social competence.
To participate in the program, a child must be four or five years of age on September 1 of the year in which he/she wants to enroll. Maximum enrollment for this class is 20 children who reside in the State of Georgia. | *** NOTE ***
Early Bird Program: Infants to Pre-K Program is an additional $7.50 per week.
Before/After School: School-aged childcare for 5 - 12 years old includes transportation to and from school. |
